New Facility
CRA recently moved to our new location at 1310 W. Sam Houston Pkwy N., about ½ mile north of I-10 on the east side of the service road. The new facility has over 35,000 square feet of office and inside storage space allowing us to meet our ever growing inventory and human resource needs.



Big Diameter Nickel Alloy Pipe
CRA is pleased to announce that we have received our fifth order for large diameter (9-5/8” & 9-7/8”) Alloy 28 (UNS# N08028) pipe in range three lengths. The pipe was pilgered on our large bore mill located at The Timken Company’s plant in Canton Ohio and has been supplied to four different international oil companies. We are now planning on providing those sizes in other high performance grades. Please contact us for more information.

New Employees
Rick Lehrmann has accepted the position of Vice President of Sales - Western Hemisphere for our Mechanical Division. He has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry with a successful management record consisting of sales growth and supply chain cost containment.  Rick gained his experience working for several oil tool as well as bar supply companies in various capacities, most recently as General Manager. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Business Administration. 

Dan Workman has joined CRA as Pilger Supervisor, located at The Timken Company’s mill in Canton, Ohio. Dan brings with him a vast knowledge of pilger operations specifically and operations in general.  He formerly supervised a large manufacturing operation that designed and built pilger machines. He has served as a consultant for us during the installation and running of our pilger. His primary responsibility will be to improve our pilger’s productivity and reliability.   

Rod Copeland recently joined CRA as Vice President - Supply Chain Management.  With over 25 years of senior level SCM experience, Rod has a successful track record developing innovative solutions for complex supply chain problems.  Rod’s management responsibilities have included strategic sourcing, production optimization, trading, materials management, multi-modal transportation and logistics with major oil companies and oil field service companies.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business Administration. 

Rich Evans has accepted the position of Project Manager in the Supply Chain Management group.  Rich brings significant industry experience and expertise to CRA and will play a critical role in helping us optimize the production path for all CRA products, identify process improvement opportunities, and manage the flow of production orders from start to finish through the production process.
